Discover the strength of MinT CS students from small CS programs that companies do not normally recruit from, and have the depth of life experiences and diversity that few traditional CS program can match.
Capstone projects
The MinT industry capstone project is low cost, low overhead, high impact alternative / complementary program to traditional summer internship programs for employers who want to work with overlooked nontraditional tech students from small colleges on a project managed by MinT staff and college faculty.
Through the projects, companies will be able to discover the unique strengths and abilities of our students who otherwise would not have the opportunity to work with industry engineers.
We have capstone opportunities for industry partners in the Winter, and Spring academic quarters.
If your company uses open source software, the projects can also be open source.

MinT offers a bespoke, hands on talent service to help you find the talent that your company needs from our student pool.
Employee engagement and impact
Partner company employees can sign up to be mentors for students at MinT partner colleges. Mentors are interviewed, trained, and supported through the school year and will invest 1 hour per week. Training, monthly curriculum, and support is provided by MinT. Mentors can match their hours to the colleges of their student mentees.
Lunch talks and panels
Opportunity for partners to lead and participate in tech demos, panels, recruiting talks, and hiring events.
Students and wraparound program sponsorship
Company partners can give more students at partner colleges the opportunity to join MinT as well as funding additional student services like professional resume review, professional business coaching, and immigration guidance.
MinT for your interns and intern candidates
When your interns and intern candidates return to school, enroll them in MinT so that they are supported by mentors and MinT during the school year.
MinT for your organization
MinT can help your organization build a sustainable mentoring program for employees that is based on meaningful person to person relationships.
